The ideal Retail Sales Support candidate is passionate about skincare, thrives in a retail environment, and excels in both selling and education. They should be confident in delivering treatments, pulling and converting sales, and creating engaging customer experiences—while always aligning with retailer guidelines. They’ll have experience planning and executing events and training sessions, with strong communication, timely reporting, and a collaborative approach with their Account Executive. Responsibilities: Sales, Events & Education Achieve targeted sales goals for assigned stores as directed by the Account Executive Coordinate and schedule in-store sales support, facial activations, events, and education initiatives Act as the primary brand contact for designated stores Educate Brown Thomas/ Space NK Specialty accounts on product knowledge, selling skills, and service rituals Partner with the Account Executive and store teams to plan events that drive sales and brand awareness Evaluate store performance and provide feedback and suggestions to the Account Executive Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer teams at store level Treatment Services Perform express facials and treatment demos during key events and activations Confidently educate clients on products while delivering hands-on experiences Ensure treatment space setup follows brand protocol and hygiene standards Operations Complete schedules, selling specialist timesheets, sales reports, stock counts & event recaps on time Review in-store merchandising and visual standards, flagging any concerns to the Account Executive Serve as the eyes and ears of the brand at store level—communicating stock issues, space challenges, or product concerns Work Location – Territory, Hub & Work Week Work week: Sunday through to Saturday (40 hours per week). Minimum of 3 weekends per month dedicated to field events, facial services, and selling support. Travel may be required, depending on territory size. Physical Demands Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and use hands regularly throughout the day Ability to carry event and facial materials when needed Comfortable working on your feet during long periods for treatments and in-store support Preferred Qualifications & Experience 2–3 years retail and/or skincare sales experience Qualified Beauty Therapist with a minimum of Level 3 (CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent) Experience delivering hands-on treatments such as express facials Strong communicator with skills in product knowledge, selling, events, and education Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player Able to manage a multi-store calendar, plan activations, and adapt to a flexible schedule Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open-sell retail environment Able to travel within territory and support wider team needs when required Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
