Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and onboarding new starters Support the HR team with employee relations matters by preparing documentation and tracking casework Administer HR systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates Produce HR reports and support with general HR projects as required Respond to employee queries, signposting policies and escalating when necessary Requirements: Previous experience in an HR administration or similar support role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be an advantage For more information or to apply, please contact Megan Hughes on .
