The vacancy Your day as an Allocations & Lettings Specialist at Peabody could start with reviewing new build properties for upcoming allocations, before working closely with our Neighbourhood Managers to arrange viewings and sign-ups for potential tenants. Then, you might find yourself collaborating with local authorities to manage priority transfers and rehousing needs, ensuring that homes are let as efficiently as possible and that customer queries are handled with care. In this role, you'll be at the heart of ensuring Peabody's homes are filled quickly and efficiently, minimising empty homes and maximising income. You'll work collaboratively with various teams to ensure properties meet compliance standards, re-let times are minimised, and customer satisfaction is kept high. You may be required to carry out viewings with prospective residents, so a flexible approach is essential for this role. You're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
