About the role

Within this role, you will join the Digital Strategy, Insight & Experience team. This team is responsible for leading our clients on a journey from insights to experience transformation and typically provides clients with the following services: discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management, and experience measurement.
Note: This role is UK based and may require UK domestic travel, as the need arises. The candidate should also hold or be capable of obtaining Security Clearance to work with UK public sector organizations.
Role and responsibilities:
1. Lead the strategic development and execution of the UTOM on the platform, ensuring robust and secure integrations with external systems of record and adherence to IT governance standards.
2. Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with prioritized outcomes from the Infrastructure Management (IM) team.
3. Oversee the integration of external systems such as AssetWise ALIM (eB), DOORS, Relatics, P6, Oracle HCM, etc., into the platform. Ensure these integrations are secure, robust, and follow standardized protocols.
4. Ensure the platform is utilized optimally, adhering to best practices in data governance and following IT governance processes.
5. Coordinate the development and approval of a documented design for the platform, ensuring it meets all required standards and undergoes the appropriate review processes.
6. Lead the product team, promoting a culture of high performance and alignment with strategic goals and governance practices.
7. Stay informed about technology trends that could impact system integration and platform efficiency.
8. Provide strategic guidance on how to best utilize the platform to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and improve reporting capabilities. This includes demonstrating practical uses of SharePoint and Power Platform integrations.
Required skills and experience:
1. Relevant experience of at least 5-8 years in Product Management or Customer Experience understanding user needs and then developing solutions, products, and services to meet these and link to broader outcomes.
2. Designing and delivering end-to-end digital products in government, Government Digital Service (GDS) agile delivery framework.
3. Proven expertise in managing complex product ecosystems, particularly with a strong working knowledge of platform, SharePoint, and Power platform, and their integration capabilities with other enterprise systems.
4. Familiarity with technologies such as AssetWise ALIM (eB), DOORS, Relatics, P6, Oracle HCM, and their integration into enterprise platforms.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of guiding teams and collaborating effectively with various internal departments.
6. Familiar with the end-to-end design lifecycle (discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management, and experience measurement).
7. Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative research.
8. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
9. Ability to engage and build relationships with client partners and users.
10. Strong workshop design, stakeholder meeting, and facilitation skills.
