Key Responsibilities
π Demand Forecasting β Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and promotions
π Cross-Functional Collaboration β Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts with business objectives
π¦ Inventory Management β Monitor stock levels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring optimal availability

Promotional & Seasonal Insights β Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and seasonal trends on demand
π Process Improvement β Identify opportunities to enhance demand planning efficiency and accuracy
π Reporting & Analytics β Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
β
Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a similar role within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry
β
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, forecasting tools, and ERP systems
β
Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and data analysis
β
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments
β
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
β
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
β
Understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics is a plus
Education & Qualifications
π Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field
π Certification in demand planning or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, IBF) is an advantage
