We are looking to appoint an Administrator to join our supportive and friendly team. The team work together to cover office hours between 08:00 and 16:30. The role requires 30 hours per week from 10.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday with a one hour, unpaid lunchbreak (this could be negotiable). This position is term time, plus INSET days, plus two weeks. Applicants need to have proven administration skills with desirable HR and Governance and Marketing experience. You will undertake a wide range of duties which will include completion of HR paperwork, update of the Single Central Record and completion of the school census. You will also work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to oversee the school social media sites and produce the school newsletter. Confidentiality, initiative, accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines are skills which are essential. You must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of Canva is desirable. Knowledge also of school management systems such as Arbor would also be advantageous but not essential.
