Position Title: Senior HR Adviser
Location: Birmingham, UK

Hybrid: 2 days in office (Wednesday and Thursday)
Overview:
A candidate that has experience of dealing with complex employee relations case work, including sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary, appeals, flexible working, performance management.
Experience of working in a high volume, service level environment.
Must be familiar with using case management systems to record and update case information.
Confident in advising managers on the phone and via case management systems.
