As the Tax Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for timely and accurately processing all incoming tax correspondence, managing property tax invoices and overall support for the tax team. This position requires a full-time onsite presence in Rochester NY. Major Activities Receives, identifies, and sorts all incoming tax mail on a daily basis Monitor, track receipt, prepare payment and store notices and property tax bills Maintain electronic filing systems in alignment with company policies and procedures E-file sales and use returns, ensuring all filings are done on a timely basis Generate tax related forms such as W9 and exemptions certificate requests Maintain customer tax exemption records ensuring accuracy and completeness Provide administrative support to various tax team members, as needed Support the tax team, handling tasks such as courier arrangements and mail pickup The Successful Tax Administrator will possess the following competencies, education and experiences: Degree or Certificate in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred). 2 years experience in similar role Specialized Trade Requirements and Other Job-Related Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent oral and written communication abilities for interactions with various stakeholders Strong attention to detail and accuracy Self-starter with both independent and team collaboration capabilities.
