We are working in partnership with the Royal British Legion (RBL) to recruit a CRM Project Manager to work closely with their CRM consultants and partners to design and deliver a CRM solution for the RBL, including implementing a new CRM system, defining a new data strategy, and introducing new ways of working. Additionally, this role will be responsible for all PMO-related activities and will be integral in fostering effective collaboration between RBL and its consultant partners. The role will require you to be on site in their London office 2 days a week and is for 12 months initially. Key responsibilities: Project Management: Manage project delivery from initiation through to outcome delivery across a wide range of areas. Lead and deliver the project in alignment with the overarching goals, ensuring timely, cost- effective, and high-quality outcomes. Controls and Governance: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues to mitigate impact, ensuring appropriate escalation where needed. Design, implement and maintain detailed project plans and a project structure to support the effective delivery of project goals. Manage project interdependencies effectively. Support strong governance frameworks, ensuring reports are provided regularly, and in line with gateway processes, and recommendations are implemented. Resource Management: Identify and deploy the necessary skills and resources required to deliver successful outcomes. Budget Management: Develop and track the project budget, including cost estimation, and variance analysis. Providing timely and accurate reporting. Relationship Management: Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and members of the multi-disciplinary project team. Experience Required Demonstrable experience of successfully working in a Project Manager role delivering end-to-end project management from definition to closure and benefits realisation. Experience in managing software, infrastructure, or application development projects Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, CRM systems working on D365 CRM installation Proven experience using a variety of project and change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks. Experience embedding new ways of working organisation wide. Experience of managing virtual or distributed teams.
