Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Advisor to join our clients dynamic team on a 12M FTC. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and enhancing employee engagement. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation.
Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive support for HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Maintain accurate employee records.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
4. Own the recruitment process.
5. Manage ER casework.
6. Facilitate communication between management and employees on HR-related matters.
7. Support training initiatives and professional development programmes for staff.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals.
9. Salary & benefits benchmarking.
10. Stay informed about current HR trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a human resources role is essential.
2. Strong understanding of data entry processes and attention to detail is required.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
4. Experience with ER casework.
5. Recruitment experience advantageous.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills will be key to success in this role.
