Your Role: As the QHSE Manager, you will: Quality Management: Drive a culture of outstanding quality across the company. Lead the development and monitoring of the Quality Management System, maintain ISO9001 certification and liaise with assessment bodies. Collaborate with teams to identify improvements and support corrective actions. Serve as the primary contact for quality-related inquiries. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management: Provide leadership to ensure all employees understand their QHSE roles. Act as a key representative of the Joint Health & Safety Committee. Develop and maintain HSE programs to ensure compliance with regulations. Investigate incidents, Conduct risk assessments, audits, and provide HSE training. Facility Management: Oversee facility-related activities, including maintenance and security. Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with standards. Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute reports on Quality, HSE performance, and regulatory compliance. What We’re Looking For: Experience : 1-2 years in QHSE Management or longer in Quality or HSE roles. Qualifications : Strong understanding of ISO9001 and HSE certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) are an advantage. Skills : Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes : Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
