Job summary Provisional Interview - 19th March Working as part of a compassionate, inclusive and innovative system and leadership development team as part of the People Directorate of NHS West Yorkshire ICB you will be responsible for the coordination and planning of our work in the team across multiple projects as we grow our system and organisational offers to teams. We are an OD (organisational development) team working across the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, working toward our 10 big ambitions. You will be key in organising and coordinating the workstreams associated with The Fellowship, anti-racist system infrastructure and our OD work, putting into place systems, structure and processes in order to support the success of the programmes and work. Main duties of the job You will be working to provide strong administration, planning and organising support to the team, and using initiative to keep the team to task, coordinating our work. This will involve handling Fellowship applications, fielding queries, managing emails and queries from managers, applicants and partners, organising online teams invites for development sessions for learners, liasing with external partners, guest speakers and catering at events. You will maintain project plans and be confident in keeping senior team members to task and flagging risks and issues in team meetings to allow us to problem solve together.
