About the Business
An opportunity to be a Legal Cashier for a service business based in Solihull. It's a modern and dynamic firm which praises the most cutting-edge technology available in their field.
Main Duties:
1. Raising invoices
2. Ensuring that all banking is done daily as directed
3. Producing various reconciliations
4. Supporting the operation of the firm's accounting system
5. Entering postings to the accounts system daily
6. Processing monthly billing submissions
7. Ensuring that all purchase invoices are dealt with in a timely manner
8. Assisting in archiving files
9. Supporting the operation of the department's credit control system
10. Other ad hoc tasks as required
Location / Office / Culture
The role is based at the company's offices in Solihull.
What We Are Looking For
1. At least two years' experience in accounting
2. Experience in credit control
3. Good computer skills
4. Knowledge of spreadsheet software
5. Keen attention to detail
