RETAIL DIRECTOR
We are looking for a London Retail Director. They will be responsible for delivering an exceptional consumer experience and achieving retail sales targets for the Portfolio of Luxe brands in my region. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the portfolio of brands retail and sales plans by managing and developing a team of highly engaged Retail Area Managers and Beauty Advisors, fostering a high-performance culture. They will pioneer collaborative ways of working between the brands, commercial and Retail teams, and will be a key part of achieving retail excellence in store.
Key Responsibilities:
RETAIL PERFORMANCE
1. Achievement of Retail Sales for the Region, including setting targets in line with Brand sell out targets for the region.
2. Market Share gains (Rankings / Growth vs Market)
3. Implementation of Offline segmentation strategy
4. Analysis & Development of Retail KPI
5. Localisation of Division Retail Strategy & Brand / Channel strategy for my region
6. Contribute to Divisional Retail & Education projects
7. Champion one of the core brands / business units
CONSUMER EXPERIENCE
1. Delivery of Exceptional Consumer Experience & Achievement of Mystery Shopper Results & NPS
2. Identify areas of opportunity to enhance CXE & Collaborate with Field / Education teams to take action
3. Through your team, ensure Omni BA, Beauty Tech & CRM Strategy is executed
4. Execute & advise of opportunities to animate Brands and bring Brand DNA to life for our consumer
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
1. Manage a team of Field Area Managers directly, including the recruitment, development & management
2. Through your Area Manager team, ensure a seamless and best in class BA experience across both our Luxe BA's, as well as engagement & development of Retailer BA's
3. Coaching and development of teams, through on the job, classroom and peer development
4. Performance Management
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
6. Identify & collaborate with HR Retail & Retail & Omni Education Director, key Talent mapping and career development
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
1. FTE & HC Management for the region & Budget Management (FTE, T&E, Events)
2. Collaboration with Field Services to ensure operational excellence
3. Custodian of Brand Equity & Luxury Expression of our brands (VM/RD excellence)
4. Champion cross-function collaboration and ways of working
5. Audit & Compliance
THEY WILL BE:
