Deputy Nurse Manager - RGN/RMN
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our clients nursing home team. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum and requires 40 hours per week. The Deputy Nurse Manager will be an essential part of their nursing staff, providing leadership, support, and guidance to their team of care professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and supervising a team, as well as a passion for providing high-quality care to older adults.
Qualifications:
* Valid UK NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
* Proven experience in a senior nursing role, with strong leadership and management skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the Manager in the overall management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a positive working environment.
* Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care to all residents.
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home in the absence of the Manager, including staff management, admissions, and financial management.
* Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reviews to maintain and improve the quality of care and service delivery.
