Main duties of the job The purpose of this position is to provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service within the Adult Continence Service. Act as the first point of contact for telephone communication for the team. The Clerical Officer is required to work correctly and independently, within post-training guidelines. Using their own initiative and judgment, rather than overseeing them, decide when necessary to consult with their manager. All duties must be performed in accordance with Department and Board of Health Policy. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this job; Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome to apply in the same way.
