We are passionate about driving growth and innovation in the e-commerce space, and we are looking for an experienced and strategic Paid Social Director to lead our client success initiatives and elevate the growth of TikTok Shops across our portfolio.
As the Paid Social Director, you will oversee strategic management of client relationships and campaign execution, ensuring that client goals are met while driving long-term success and revenue growth. You will also mentor and lead a team, collaborate with internal departments, and serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. What You'll Be Doing:
* Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a team of paid media managers, initially with one direct report. As the business grows, you'll build and scale a team of paid social managers and executives, ensuring they are equipped to meet client objectives and business goals.
* Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management: Oversee and direct the development and execution of paid social campaigns across clients' TikTok Shops, ensuring optimal performance, strategic budget allocation, and ROI maximisation. You will guide the team in ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed performance targets.
* Client Relationship & Account Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for clients on all paid media matters. You'll ensure a high level of client satisfaction, manage long-term relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
* Revenue Growth & Upselling: Develop strategies to drive revenue growth for clients' TikTok Shops while also increasing internal agency fees. Identify upselling opportunities by recommending additional services, such as content creation, influencer partnerships, and live commerce strategies, ensuring maximised results and client satisfaction.
* Strategic Leadership: Lead the creation and execution of paid media strategies for clients, providing guidance to the team on how to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement performance benchmarks, KPIs, and key metrics to measure success across campaigns.
* Team Development & Coaching: Provide mentorship and guidance to the paid media team, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and growth. Identify skill gaps and deliver training to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
* Reporting & Performance Insights: Prepare and deliver regular reports on client performance, project outcomes, and team achievements to senior leadership, including the Managing Director and Founder. Use these insights to provide actionable recommendations for ongoing campaign optimisation and improvement.
* Operational Oversight: Take responsibility for the end-to-end execution of client projects, from strategy development to successful delivery, ensuring that campaigns meet deadlines, budget requirements, and client expectations.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay at the cutting edge of industry trends and best practices in paid media and TikTok campaigns. Lead the implementation of innovative solutions and enhancements that improve both client results and internal agency performance.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when presenting results and strategic plans to clients and senior leadership.
