Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare vehicles for the painting process, including masking and priming.
2. Mix and match paint colors to ensure a seamless finish.
3. Spray paint vehicles to the highest standard to restore them to their pre-accident condition.
4. Ensure attention to detail and maintain quality control throughout the job.
5. Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a vehicle paint sprayer in the automotive repair or accident repair industry.
2. Strong knowledge of different paint types and application techniques.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
4. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
5. A positive attitude and a great team player.
