The Role
The Property Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in managing the company's real estate and facilities.
* Support the selection, evaluation, and management of office spaces
* Develop and maintain a diary for lease events
* Contribute to real estate strategy and transaction analysis
* Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants
* Manage capital projects, ensuring high standards and compliance
* Support sustainability initiatives and risk management
* Oversee budget management and supplier contracts
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Property Portfolio Manager role will possess the following:
* Strong ability to balance operational delivery with strategic planning
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills
* Proficiency in data management and attention to detail
* Experience in facilities and real estate business planning
* RICS qualification and a degree in Real Estate or Business Management
* APM certification is desirable
