Working for a global manufacturing company in the Folkestone area, we are resourcing for a Regulatory Associate who will be supporting regulatory processes and has potential to lead on small projects. Working cross-functionally with Commercial/Sales, Marketing and R&D you will be responsible for tracking and coordinating registration activities and providing support for regulatory submission activities.
The role
* Support the Regulatory Team and distributors in EMEA regions to provide timely submissions in support of new and marketed products.
* Oversee projects and liaise with internal groups to inform of any changes to products be required to
* Logging and reporting registrations
* collate and build technical documentation
* match product names to internal product codes and abbreviations
* Apply for documents and forms
* Liaising with distributors, internal departments and governing bodies
* Arranging formal signatures on documents and overseeing the legalisation of documents
* Uploading registration tasks to the database and maintaining license details
To apply, you should be able to demonstrate your experience from a regulated environment, which could be from QA, QC or research, be Degree educated or possess work experience directly from a similar role.
