Position Details
* No prior dialysis experience required.
* Training may occur at a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
* Float to various clinics during and after training.
* Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You Can Expect
* Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
* Supportive team environment that fosters positive collaboration.
* Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring tailored treatment plans and broad nursing skills.
* Oversee patient groups with support from PCTs, including patient observations, stats measurement, and machine setup.
* Work in a fast-paced environment using your head, heart, and hands.

Requirements
* Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school; B.S.N or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may substitute.
* Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
* Certifications such as CNN or CDN are advantageous.
