Registered Manager Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester Job Title: Registered Manager Service: 3-bed Residential Children’s Home Salary: Up to £65,000 Bonuses Bonuses: Based on Ofsted rating, occupancy, financial performance, and attendance About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead an established 3-bed EBD children’s home in Oldham. The home is already operational, currently providing care for one young person. The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of ensuring the home runs smoothly, continues to deliver exceptional care, and supports the young people in achieving positive outcomes. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to take the next step. You’ll be leading a committed team in delivering high-quality care and working collaboratively with a hands-on leadership team. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and experience in delivering high-quality care within a children’s residential setting. You’ll need to be resilient, compassionate, and confident in leading a team to provide exceptional outcomes for the young people in your care.
