The role involves supporting learners throughout primary and secondary phases, working on a 1:1, small group, and intervention basis. Candidates for this role must have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or LSA within educational settings, or similar experience in care. Learners within these schools are mixed ability and SEN, with approximately 70 pupils on roll at each site.
