Key Responsibilities: Assist students in various subjects to support their academic progress and social development. Help teachers with classroom management, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on tasks. Provide one-on-one and small group support, addressing the unique learning needs of each student. Contribute to establishing a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere. Support students with additional learning requirements, ensuring their active participation in lessons and activities. Promote students' personal growth by offering emotional guidance and managing behaviour effectively. Compulsory Attributes: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. Able to support students with varying learning needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN) or behavioural challenges. Enthusiastic, patient, and approachable with a passion for working with young learners. Excellent communication skills and a positive, supportive attitude.
