This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, fast-paced Credit Control Team that allows for true personal achievement and career progression.
The role is open to individuals that are seeking a new challenge and want to be part of a great place to work. Previous experience is desired but not essential, however a strong team player and work ethic is a must.
We are a CICMQ accredited team.
The purpose of this role is to collect cash and manage customer accounts.
We are looking for:
9. A dynamic individual that has a desire to learn and achieve results within a highly motivated team.
10. The candidate needs an aptitude for learning new skills and be someone that can multi task.
11. An individual that enjoys resolving queries and has an ability to gather information to enable query resolution.
12. A confident communicator at all levels within an organisation.
Responsibilities:
13. To achieve the monthly cash and age targets, following a proactive collections process
14. Reduce shortfalls and ensure a collection cycle process is followed
15. Ensuring that all Age invoices are fully documented, and every effort is made to ensure that business risk is minimized.
16. Timely identification and resolution of queries, actively communicating with customers and internal representatives to resolve outstanding issues and secure payment of overdue debt against individual and team targets
17. Take appropriate actions on unpaid accounts, blocking and liaising/escalating to sales
18. Referring customers over limit to credit solutions team and recommending limit reductions where required
19. Reconciliation of customer statements to produce a concise overview of the account for the customer
20. Preparing the legal paperwork for any accounts that need to be passed to the solicitors
