As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of the Group digital marketing strategy. This is a varied role, which involves collaborating on the group website strategy, executing digital marketing campaigns, and helping to define, monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and get involved in a variety of tasks This hands-on, global role will give you the exposure you need to excel your career. Our office is based in Knutsford and we offer hybrid working arrangements. Role Accountabilities Identify and implement website improvement techniques delivering SEM and UX enhancements. Manage the administration of group company websites. Generate reports, monitor performance, and provide recommendations to continuously improve digital performance. Optimise content for multiple corporate platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices. Set and track usability goals across the group’s websites in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team. Support design, development, and content teams to create engaging user journeys. Promote best practices for website and email communications across marketing and the wider organisation. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, strategies, trends, and standards. Liaise with group companies, clients, subcontractors, and all stakeholders to ensure alignment. Perform additional ad hoc marketing activities as required. Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience Degree in digital marketing, business studies, or a related field will be beneficial. Experience in a similar marketing role. Analytical mindset and experience with content management systems (CMS). Proficiency in SEO, CMS editing, and web content generation. Hands-on experience with Google marketing tools (e.g., Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Search Console) is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn. Strong creative, organisational, and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented mindset.
