About the role
As the school's Lead Behaviour Development Tutor you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the reintegration of students from Alternative Provision to the academy’s mainstream curriculum.
* Supporting students with behaviour strategies to address barriers and succeed in the academy’s mainstream curriculum, e.g. trauma-based therapy, pastoral care, mental health first aid and a focus on attendance.
* Working with members of the Pastoral, Inclusion and Attendance teams to ensure that the needs of vulnerable children are met.
* Support vulnerable students and their parents/carers with routines.
Permanent role
37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term-time).
