An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator with 1 year of experience working in a payroll function to join a well-established accountancy firm.
This role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 for a 37.5 hours work week.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be reporting to the Payroll Manager and processing payroll for clients in a timely and accurate manner.
They are looking for 2 Payroll Administrators.
You will be responsible for:
1. Maintain and update payroll records.
2. Handle calculations for part months and holidays.
3. Manage statutory payments and process P45s.
4. Liaise with clients to clarify calculations and resolve issues.
5. Administer client pension schemes through multiple providers.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Executive, Payroll Coordinator, Payroll Clerk or in a similar role.
2. At least 1 year of experience working in a payroll function.
3. Experience in data entry.
4. GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C grade).
5. Excellent numerical and record-keeping skills.
6. Skilled in Excel and working with IT systems.
