Their dedicated Building Surveying Team proactively undertake surveys and project manage schemes in addition to providing various other services, including contract administration, employer’s agent, project monitoring, specification writing, condition surveys, fire safety consultancy, neighbourly matters, and dilapidations.
Position: Building Surveyor/Senior Building Surveyor
Our client is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor/Senior Building Surveyor, ideally Chartered or with the relevant level of previous experience, to join their Yorkshire and Humberside Team.
Experience/Specification
1. Degree qualified in Building Surveying
2. Collaborative leadership skills and experience
3. Technical delivery experience
4. MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body
5. Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
6. Excellent specification writing skills
7. Detailed understanding of JCT Contracts
8. Project Management exposure of projects from inception to completion
9. Experience working with key stakeholders
10. Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
11. Able to build long-term relationships
12. Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
13. A team player, flexible, enthusiastic and motivated
