Essential Skills:
* 5+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
* Proven track record of driving ROI and conversions for e-commerce clients, using advanced optimisation techniques.
* Expertise in Google Analytics, GA4, and Merchant Center for detailed campaign analysis and reporting.
* Experience with Shopping campaigns, including feed management and optimisation.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a small team while managing multiple client accounts.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Twitter Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement PPC strategies across platforms like Google Ads for e-commerce clients.
* Manage a portfolio of campaigns, focusing on optimisation to drive traffic, conversions, and maximise ROI.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to ensure campaign success.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives and provide insightful performance reports.
* Lead, mentor, and manage 2 direct reports, ensuring effective campaign execution and professional development.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
