The successful candidate will be engaging, highly organised and will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for overseeing HR, employee benefits, employee relations, general HR policies, and payroll. This is very much a varied role with a lot of room to progress and develop HR & Payroll Manager - The Rewards Great salary Perks and benefits Pension Discounted medical cover Training and development programmes HR & Payroll Manager – Responsibilities & Requirements Must have proven HR experience Based at head office for 2 days a week and across other sites (North West based) for the rest of the week Employee inductions, apprisals, sickness, disciplinaries and recruitment Liaising with external HR consultants who support with return to work and exit interviews etc. Arranging the delivery of training with providers Updating the systems where appropriate Payroll cover when required Reviewing and maintaining employee records accurately Oversee the HR function Overseeing payroll across 2 systems and around 150 employees Stakeholder management across the business Supporting on areas such as recruitment, disciplinaries, performance management, capability issues etc. Must possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills About Us Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
