REED Procurement are partnered with a lovely public sector organisation based near Cardiff, who are looking for an experienced IT Category Manager to join their business on an interim basis for roughly 3 months. You will be managing their IT procurement categories & frameworks, having responsibility of the delivery of all company services & contract management functions. This will offer you an opportunity to add real value to the business and procurement function as a whole. You will be working within an organisation that promotes 'doing things differently to how they've always been done' if there is value there. You Will Have: A keen eye for detail when analysing specification, supplier contracts, and questioning processes. A strong background in Public Sector Procurement and extensive knowledge of PCR2015 Regulations. Recent expeirence of managing IT type frameworks & stakeholders, and running tender events from start to finish. Contract Management expeirence and full procurement lifecycle experience.
