Job Summary
The Therapies team have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Therapies Administrator Team Lead to join our dynamic and innovative Therapies Team. The post holder will be qualified to diploma, NVQ level 3 or RSA 3 level (or equivalent experience) - and will be required to lead and develop the Therapies administrative team.
You will be responsible for leading and providing day-to-day management of the administration team, providing a comprehensive general administrative service to the therapies team working as an integral member of the inpatient therapy team.
Main Duties of the Job
You will be required to:
* Support the Head of Therapies and Therapies Senior Leadership team as required.
* Supervise the other members of the administrative team including conducting appraisals.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Carry out administrative roles for the Therapies team.
* Be responsible for the production and maintenance of training and appraisal records, E-rostering, and e-Procurement.
* Be the single point of contact for the Therapies service.
Including:
* Completion of essential information to ensure the smooth business running of the team on a daily basis.
* Complete all relevant databases and statistics.
* Take telephone queries from the general public.
* Prioritise and complete all admin duties for the team including typing, reports, minute-taking; telephone calls, E-rostering, filing, photocopying, etc., and any other tasks as required.
You should have excellent all-round administrative skills, be familiar with all the latest MS applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience of working in the NHS with NHS-based systems is desirable.

Education, Training and Qualifications
Essential:
* NVQ Level 3 in Admin or equivalent RSA 3 or equivalent.
* GCSE Level Education in Maths and English.
Desirable:
* IT Skills including application and skills in all MS applications particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiar with Careflow EPR or equivalent.
