Working closely with the Health Equity CPD Development Lead, this is a key post in supporting the development of a portfolio of Learning and Development products relating to health equity. You will work to ensure outcomes are successfully achieved by providing high level project and administrative support, highlighting and escalating any issues and risks proactively. You will work with a range of stakeholders including adult and childrens social care, NHS trusts, independent and voluntary sector providers, and educational institutions in the city. You will also be expected to directly engage with the health and social care workforce. The post holder will provide support in assisting with and supporting: Day to day administration and support for programmes and projects, including planning, tracking and monitoring progress and risk management Arrange meetings, workshop, workgroups and board meetings including: agenda planning and preparation, attendance, contributing to and minuting and following up actions Maintain reporting and monitoring systems to allow ease of access to programme information. Ensure there are appropriate archive systems that allow the tracing of key decisions and audit trails. Support colleagues in the evaluation of programmes and reporting The post holder will need to manage their own workload using initiative to adhere to time scales and deadlines and to seek to identify and offer solutions to problems and areas for improvement.
