The Regional Planner role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the Regional Operational Team, serving as the key point of contact for operational colleagues in assigning, allocating, planning, and ensuring the completion of reactive and corrective jobs.
Job Description
This pivotal position involves taking ownership of the day-to-day management of tasks raised through the CAFM system, working closely with Helpdesk colleagues to monitor and manage the workflow. The aim is to ensure that all works are delivered on time and meet SLA requirements and contractual obligations.
These are newly created positions within an ISS Government account, offering a unique chance to shape and develop your career in Facilities Management. With the autonomy and independence to manage essential processes, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational teams to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise daily with Operational teams to allocate reactive and corrective tasks
* Assignment of static and mobile workforce
* Raise purchase orders in line with contractor requirements
* Liaise with contractors and operations to plan works
* Update CAFM system with task data, including updates on the task, financial information, and attachments, ensuring full auditability
* Receipt purchase orders upon completion of works
* Complete tasks once work is done and ensure relevant documentation is uploaded to the CAFM system
* Manage queries
* Manage stakeholders
