About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 06:00am - 16:00pm
We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified or experienced Compliance Manager to join the engineering team heading up the technical service compliance. This role involves reviewing and implementing compliance throughout our technical service contracts, ensuring both onsite teams and sub-contractors are compliant throughout our Private FM client base.
Working on client-based sites, you will be joining the technical services team with a can-do attitude, working for a global FM provider whose aim is to deliver excellence through the development of its staff and using cutting-edge technology.
You should meet the following criteria:
We are looking for someone who has experience in the construction or facilities sectors and has managed compliance working with SFG 20 maintenance standards, along with a good level of skill in all Microsoft packages. The suitable candidate must have experience with compliance adhering to LOLER. Some experience of working with a CAFM system is desirable, but full training will be provided.
We are looking for someone that wants to drive the business and their career forward, and we will support you fully in your development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Carry out high quality examinations in accordance with LOLER, PUWER and PSSR (possibly COSHH and SEMA).
2. Ensure examinations are completed in line with PPMS.
3. Build and maintain excellent client relationships and ensure that customer service standards are exceeded.
4. Demonstrate an awareness of British, European and International current standards.
5. Maintain technical standards and participate in technical audits (both internal and external).
6. Review compliance documentation and save it in the correct locations.
7. Communicate with engineers to ensure compliance documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
8. Update compliance reports on a weekly basis to present to Contract Managers each month to enhance performance improvements.
This is a permanent role working 40 hours between 6:00-16:00 Monday to Friday, with the exact shift to be agreed with the Account Manager.
