This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Venues market.
About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 0 6:00am - 16:00pm
We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified or experienced Compliance Manager to join the engineering team heading up the technical service compliance. With reviewing and implementing compliance throughout our technical service contract. Ensuring both onsite team and sub-contractors are compliant throughout our Private FM client base.
Wo rking on client-based site you will be joining the technical services team, with a can-do attitude working for a global FM provider whose aim is to deliver excellence through the development of its staff and using cutting edge technology.
You should meet the following criteria:
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in the construction or facilities sectors and has managed compliance working with SFG 20 maintenance standards with good level of skill on all Microsoft packages. Suitable candidate must have experience with compliance adhering to LOLER. Some experience of working with a CAFM system is desirable but full training will be provided.

Your main responsibilities will include:
* Carry out high quality examinations in accordance with LOLER, PUWER and PSSR (possibly COSHH and SEMA).
* Ensure examinations are completed in line with PPMS.
* Build and maintain excellent client relationships and ensure that customer service standards are exceeded.
* Demonstrate an awareness of British, European and International current standards.
* Maintain technical standards and participate in technical audits (both internal and external).
* Reviewing of compliance documentation and saving in the correct locations
* Communicating with engineers to ensure compliance documentation is submitted in a timely manner
* Updating of compliance reports on a weekly basis to present to Contract Managers each month to enhance performance improvements
This is permanent role working 40 hours between 6:00-16:00 Monday to Friday, exact shift can be with agreement with Account Manager.
