NW Recruitment Services are looking to recruit a Customer Support Assistant for our industry leading client in the Accrington area. This is a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation of our client's business and requires keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask. Roles and responsibilities Communicate with customers over the phone, via email and face to face Maintain and update spreadsheets Maintain and update CRM systems with customer details and orders General administrative duties The ideal candidate will: Have strong customer service skills, with the ability to build long term relationships with colleagues and customers Have excellent administration skills with high attention to detail Be organised and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Be computer literate with a working knowledge of the Microsoft package Hours of Work Monday to Thursday 8:30am til 5pm. Fridays 8:30am til 4pm
