An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust and play a supporting role in helping to improve the services we offer to our patients and our people.
We are currently seeking an Outreach Team Administrator to play a key role in the supporting the team to manage Complex Patients.
The role requires provision of a full and effective comprehensive range of efficient confidential administration services to the Outreach Team.
The post holder will have strong organisational, administrative and communication skills. The Outreach Team has a broad remit requiring engagement with senior staff from within and external to the Trust.
Responsibilities include the management of diaries, monitoring e-mail inboxes and minuting confidential meetings.
The post-holder will need excellent ICT, communication, and organisational skills to enable them to coordinate arrangements and manage priorities.
They will be responsible for maintaining records and producing, collating papers for meetings,
events and workshops.
They will need to be self-motivated and able to use own initiative whilst also able to work as part of a team when required.

You will assistance the Outreach Team with meetings, learning events and produce reports for the governance and senior management teams.
This is a hybrid role.
