Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Tutor looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide personalised, high-quality support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs in Thame, Oxfordshire.
About the Role:
As an SEN Tutor, you will:
1. Assess students' individual needs and learning styles.
2. Plan and deliver a tailored scheme of work to support academic and personal development.
3. Adapt teaching strategies to engage and inspire students with diverse SEN requirements.
4. Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to parents, schools, and other stakeholders.
5. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
About You:
You should be:
1. Experienced in supporting students with a variety of SEN needs.
2. Confident in assessing, planning, and delivering bespoke learning programmes.
3. Adaptable, patient, and skilled at differentiating learning materials.
4. Possessing excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Reliable and self-motivated, with a passion for helping students thrive.
Details:
Location: Thame, Oxfordshire (in-person tutoring).
Pay: £20-£25 per hour (dependent on experience).
Flexible working hours available.
