Job Description
1. To assist the Credit Manager in all collection of service charge and ground rent arrears
2. Monitoring and chasing debtors
3. To assist the Credit Manager with litigation cases
4. Preparation of documentation and on-going legal cases
5. To assist and monitor the supplying of sales packs and document supply
6. To deal with Co-Sec and Sales Pack enquiries
7. To deal with Leaseholder queries and establish payment plans where necessary
8. To liaise with Property Managers and Account Managers with credit control queries

9. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
10. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
12. Analytical thinker and problem solver
13. High level of accuracy
