We are hiring a National Account Director to join our team and be responsible for leading and developing strategic relationships with key national clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales, account management, and contract negotiations within the vending or food & beverage industry.

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key national accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
* Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and profitability through effective sales strategies, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
* Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for national clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
* Contract Negotiations: Lead contract discussions, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client while maintaining a competitive edge.
* Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on account progress and market trends.
* Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to deliver seamless service to clients and drive business growth.
* Market & Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
* Proven experience as a National Account Director, Senior Account Manager, or similar role within the vending, foodservice, or FMCG industries.
* Strong track record of sales growth, client retention, and contract negotiations at a national level.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and maximize revenue.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional client service.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
* Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
