We are looking for a dedicated Medical Secretary to join our busy Gynaecology department on a full-time basis (30 hours per week).
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic secretarial team, providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills are key to success in this position.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective secretarial support to a designated consultant and their team. Additionally, you will provide flexible administrative support to clinical teams as needed, as directed by the Operational Service Manager, ensuring continuity of service during absences. Working closely with administrative teams, you will help foster collaborative partnerships that enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
