About the Role:
1. Full-time, permanent Head of Art and Design & Technology position
2. Leading the Art and Design & Technology department, overseeing curriculum development and delivery
3. Managing a team of teachers, providing support, guidance, and professional development
4. Promoting a creative and inclusive learning environment for students
5. Working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement
6. Monitoring and assessing student progress, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
