Job Function
To provide administrative support to the FM contract whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
Principle Accountabilities
1. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with CBES and Co-op colleagues.
2. Raising, monitoring, and recording all purchase and hire orders; investigating invoice queries as required.
3. Maintaining the equipment hire log to monitor hire status and ensure costs are controlled.
4. Liaison with parts suppliers and notification of delivery issues to the FM teams.
5. Manage equipment deliveries, returns, and replacements.
6. Record departmental holidays/absence.
7. Arrange meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and circulate meeting minutes.
8. Comply with any other reasonable requests or instructions from the FM Contracts Manager.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Submission of weekly operational reports to the FM Contracts Manager.
2. Submission of monthly absence reports.
3. Management of issues related to equipment hire.
