We are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be driving sales for holiday villa rentals in stunning locations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and creating positive outcomes for both the customer and Oliver's Travels.
Salary: £26,500
Our office is open 7days a week from 8am to 8pm on a shift basis.
What you’ll be doing:
* Selling & booking villa holidays – guiding customers to the right choice for them.
* Working to targets to ensure maximum sales revenue, margin, and conversion.
* Providing feedback and proactively contributing to team performance.
* Dealing with customer queries and complaints, providing a high level of customer service.
* Engaging customers to book and rebook – forming relationships with customers.
What you need (experience and skills):
* An insatiable appetite for sales & impeccable customer service.
* Outstanding people skills and an impressive client focus to build lasting relationships with partners and customers.
* Strong communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and in a manner that makes clients feel loved.
* A high standard of both written and spoken English is essential.
* To be organised and efficient and an ability to work well under pressure quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for boutique and luxury travel.
We'd also love to see (but it's not a requirement):
* Previous sales experience at a villa or boutique travel company.
* Fluency in French
