Job Title: IT Coordinator – Service Support
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £35,802 – £38,431 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
* You will support with future developments and deployments of new and upgraded Product Lifecycle Management capabilities.
* Engage with and support the Functions / Teams in addressing incidents, problems or defining new capabilities with both business stakeholders and the development team.
* Be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Continue to develop as an individual and support the development of others.
* Work with the key user network to share vital information and updates for the wider business.
Your skills and experiences:
* You will need to have good service delivery skills.
* Have gained experience within an IT background.
* Hold experience and knowledge of business analysis techniques.
Desirable:
* Have an understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management toolsets, their purpose and usage within industry.
* Be certified in ITIL 4 Foundation.

The Service Delivery Team:
The Group is comprised of 3 teams – Admin, Service Delivery, and CAD. Each team is comprised of Engineers with specialist knowledge and skills of the applications in their Product Portfolio and how those applications are used by the wider business to deliver Submarines to the Royal Navy. The Service Delivery Team is responsible for supporting the Submarine boat programmes utilising the PLM toolsets to ensure the capabilities and processes work effectively and efficiently. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
