The Opportunity:
The business has ambitious plans to build a world-class SDR function, heavily investing in top talent and leadership. As SDR Manager, you’ll lead, inspire, and grow a newly formed team of Enterprise SDRs, driving performance, fostering a winning culture, and helping the team exceed ambitious goals.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead & scale a high-performing team of 10+ SDRs, ensuring they consistently exceed targets and develop into future Account Executives.
• Own the new business pipeline, tracking key metrics and ensuring high-quality pipeline generation across Enterprise & Major segments .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, Enablement, and Product Marketing) to launch new campaigns and optimize go-to-market strategies.
• Attract, hire, and retain top-tier SDR talent, creating a strong talent pipeline.
• Coach and develop SDRs to grow into high-performing AEs.
• Lead with a “results-driven” mindset, focusing on servant leadership and maximizing team impact.
Who You Are:
• A proven SDR leader with 2+ years of 100% leadership experience and a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experienced in leading enterprise-facing SDR teams and driving pipeline in complex B2B environments.
• Passionate about developing talent and building future sales leaders.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and leads by example.
• Skilled in hiring top talent and fostering a positive, results-oriented team culture.
