This individual will operate under the supervision of the Business Office Manager. The purpose of the role is to support the accounts and administration team in all aspects of their day-to-day activities. This role will be based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Job Profile Description General: Receive visitors at reception, by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls Receive, sort, distribute mail/deliveries Maintain site security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor site register) Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, scanning Data entry into personnel, company and financial records Key Competencies Comfortable working as an individual and as part of team. Good communicator, both verbal and written. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Professional attitude and appearance Collaborating with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
