Summary:
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join a fast-paced contact centre environment. This role is essential in supporting Housing Management and Repairs services through high-quality customer interactions and efficient administrative support. Please note: this role is fully office-based with no hybrid working option.
Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, triaging Housing Management and Repairs queries effectively.
* Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction, ensuring resident satisfaction.
* Accurately log and process service requests and escalate issues where necessary.
* Support administrative processes related to housing services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain clear and thorough records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Essentials:
* Previous experience in a high-volume call centre or customer service environment (essential).
* Strong knowledge of housing or repairs-related services (preferred).
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment with minimal supervision.
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM or call handling systems.
