Temporary Customer Services Officer/Admin x 3

Pay Rate: £12.18 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 5 months
City: Bournemouth, Dorset
These 3 positions are being advertised with the intention of offering a permanent position to the successful candidates after 12 weeks.
Hybrid working
This is a telephone role where the successful candidates will be taking calls about Council Tax, Parking, Concessionary Travel (Bus Passes), Blue Badges, Homeless and General Enquiries.
Qualifications:
Math’s and English GCSE or equivalent
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Previous clerical experience and knowledge of clerical systems and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Administrative processes and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal calmly with difficult situations.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite, Mosaic).
